Welcome to the Independence High School Cheer page, home of the 2018- 2023 UIL State Spirit Championship Finalists! The purpose of the Cheer Program is to support the athletic teams at Independence by generating crowd enthusiasm and actively engaging with our fans. Our cheerleaders believe in their role as ambassadors of the school and represent IHS at a variety of school and community events. We are committed to displaying a positive image at all times that reflects the values and traditions of Independence High School and FISD.
